What does the Plumas Lake Oktoberfest benefit?

The Plumas Lake Oktoberfest directly benefits the HEGEMONY Sports NFL Flag Football program. The program provides a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to learn valuable life skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. Our goal is to ensure that every child in our community has the chance to participate, regardless of their family's financial situation by keeping registration costs at least 50% lower than any other organized sport in the area.

Proceeds from Oktoberfest contribute to Scholarships to cover registration fees, equipment, field costs, and league support.

How can I register to be a vendor?

Showcase your Products / Services / Kids' Activity / Information at the highly anticipated, biggest annual Oktoberfest in the Yuba / Sutter region.

Vendor Booth Fee: $100. Sponsorships start at $250 and include an OktoberFest booth.

Vendor Application Deadline: Friday, September 20, 2025, by 10 pm (sooner the better).
